The experience with S&W was excellent overall. They communicated with me clearly and consistently, and we're very knowledgeable about the whole process (I know this must seem obvious but as 1st time buyers this was very reassuring). We also felt they really cared about what we were telling them and didn't mind giving you their time, which is a rare thing. Everyone we dealt with was lovely, from John, to Tiff, then to Alexi.

Just like the entire team, Chris was the one who spent most of the time with us patiently showing us properties, advising us on the different properties as well as giving us tips on how we could decorate this or that property, usage of space here and there. He advised us more than what most sales agents would do. Even after completion and handing over of the keys, he has made sure that we are settling down well in the name of Simpsons and Weekley thus commendable qualities. A thank you is the only thing that I can say that our satisfaction was met.

I have been kept informed at every stage. Being a fist time landlord I have been guided and helped through the process and supported all the way. My questions have been answered quickly and emails have been fast. I could not wish for a better service.

Simpson and Weekley weren't even our agents, but they were the ones that got the job done. They did things that even my own agent could not and would not do. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, dealt really well with the solicitors and were ways so friendly, I was never made to feel like a nuisance and I felt they were honest the whole way through. Unlike my actual estate agent, I could always trust they would call me back when they said they would and always knew they would call me straight away with any updates, which they did. They were fantastic. It was Natalie that was handling it and she is just brilliant. I also spoke with Melanie and Jemma regularly who also seemed to be very up to date on everything, so there is very good communication in that branch. It was a huge contrast to the poor service I received from my own agent. They even kindly gave us a bottle of prosecco on completion and Natalie even called on her day off to congratulate us! I am so impressed. We will definitely be using Simpson and Weekley in the future. Great people, fantastic team.

We would like to say a big thank you to Melanie Harris at the Wellingborough branch for her role in the sale of our property.  Melanie stepped up when other agents in the chain failed to fulfil their role, without her initiative the sale would most certainly have fell through.  Melanie and her team provided us with excellent communication throughout the process which we are sure we would not have received from an on-line estate agent.

In June, 2019, 94 year-old Dad was suffering with advancing dementia, and had to leave the home that he purchased in 1956, and move into a care home. Melanie steered the ship for almost 16 months, with Mark stepping in during the Covid shutdown and Natalie popping up to help as-needed. The home has a lot of emotional attachment for me, and the period of the sale coincided with this unprecedented worldwide health crisis. Complicating the sales process, I am based on the West Coast of Canada. However, Melanie's professionalism and never-say-die attitude kept the wheels in motion through a couple of collapsed sales to ultimate success. Do not believe what they say about estate agents, they are not all born equal. I am convinced that the house would not have sold without Sand W and their very talented staff. If you are fortunate enough to hire them for your home sale, you are dealing with the best in the business, and they genuinely care......

I visited recently after having an experience as a person purchasing a property from them, Tiffany was regularly in contact and facilitated the purchase exceptionally well, a pleasure to deal with.

I really can't recommend these guys enough! Jess, Mark and the team sold my house within a few weeks and the level of service we got was amazing and they are still giving us an excellent service during the whole purchase and sale process. I wouldn't even think twice about using them the next time we sell our house. Diane the mortgage advisor was also amazing and will be using her again and again for any financial advice. They are worth more than 5 stars in my opinion.
