Before we speak, we will look at our tenant database to give you an indication of the likely demand for your property before it goes on the market, and to whom we can offer virtual viewings.
Our lettings managers will check to see if your property has been on the market recently, this may help us with floorplans and photography which will help us form a basis for your valuation and in marketing it.
