It’s now been nearly 4 months since we launched our brand new website into the world, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! It’s safe to say that being able to take our high-quality service online has benefited both our business and property searches in the Wellingborough and Rushden area.

More Views than Ever Before

As all of you can probably guess, house viewings make up a crucial part of selling or letting your house, and what better way to attract potential buyers/renters than a clear, easy to navigate webpage with stunning photography showcasing the best your property has to offer?

Since our site launch, numbers have been steadily increasing. In the three months since December, our traffic has seen over a 300% increase in traffic, with 8,386 views between December and February compared with the 2,581 in the three months before the site launch. Traffic is still steadily increasing, going up by approximately 20% in February alone.

Not only has the number of site visitors increased, but the people who are visiting are also staying longer. The number of pages that people are browsing each time they are on the site has at least doubled, and the same can be said for the time spent on the site as a whole. This adds a completely new level of potential visibility for your house on our site. If more people are seeing it, it increases the likelihood of attracting the ideal buyer or finding you your dream house.

Easy to Find

Even more impressive than this spike in traffic, is looking at where it’s coming from. Nearly half of our overall traffic is coming directly from a search engine results page, meaning more people are finding our site than ever before!

With our new site being designed and created with users in mind, Google is recognising this peak in performance and adjusting our rankings accordingly. This means that when people search terms like ‘Rushden estate agents’, we’re there in the results!

In February alone, the number of people finding us through search engines such as Google has increased by nearly 10%, with a 20% growth in new users. This means that not only are we retaining old customers, we are also constantly being found by new and interested parties who might be the perfect match for your property.

Spreading the Word   

As well as a new website, we’ve also given our social media platforms a bit of a redo. We launched our new Instagram, which has been steadily gaining followers as a way to show off some of our amazing interiors and to broaden our visibility across the internet.

Social media has also proved a great way to get people onto our site (and looking at our houses!). In the three months preceding our new site launch, we had 35 people clicking onto our site from our social channels. In the three months post-launch, we had 954, bringing in 721 new users from our social media alone. Facebook has made up a significant portion of these views (if that’s how you found this article, hello!) which have increased from 33 to 952.
